As a desperate Christmas gift idea, I'm looking to replace a laptop for someone.
Looking for something that can run nearly anything on low settings with a good framerate.

Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.
"Budget", "Gaming" and "Laptop" in one sentence, I've never seen anything like this in my whole life.
