Forums - Sales Discussion - UK Charts - WEEK ENDING 10 December 2016

CoD will increase in sales towards Christmas but also keep in mind, it's cheaper than it usually is too, it's already down to £25 in many places.

Hmm, pie.

The Last Guardian didn't exactly light the world on fire, but selling more units than Ico or Shadow their first weeks seems pretty good, especially since Shadow seemed to do pretty well over its lifetime.

Seems that FF XV was down 75%. Everything must be pretty close together if a no. 11 and no. 24 showing can make it 4th overall.

Nice week for Xbox Software and other Plattforms.

So a nice week for everybody?

Quite a drop for FF. Was hoping for a bit better performance.

The Last Guardian did pretty much what all of us expected from such a title, but it still sucks that uninspiring games like Fifa and COD get to beat it in its launch week.

Oh well, hopefully it does well enough to give Sony enough reason to keep funding such projects.

Me too

Horizon 3 is still doing well, I could see it returning in the top 5 during Christmas week.

Proud to be a Californian.

Considering the hype, thats a big flop for Last Guardian and big drop for FF.

I'm surprised Dead Rising 4 even made it into the top 5. Something can't be right there, there is no interest / marketing for that game at all.

It seemed obvious.

DR4 was ahead of TLG for November on Amazon UK.

But I think TLG will win in USA, the gap on Amazon is too large in TLG's favor.

Also Team ICO games have never done well in Europe for some reason.

Dead Rising 4 looks to of had a good first week sales even if there has been little hype/fanfare on here, The Last Guardian probably did well also considering most PS4 users don't have time to buy it at the moment due to still playing FFXV and it should have decent legs.

Do Gfk track pack-in games in their charts? i can't seem to recall.

I think TLG will have better legs. Also I've seen about the same amount of advertising for both in the UK.
