I wanna know if that's another case of pure exaggeration or not, because FFXV and TLG are getting trashed outside the Pro out there.

I think people expect  certain quality in terms of screen tearing and fps. screen tearing is a no no and 30fps is considered the minimal / base what a game should be to be payable. I don't think the game is broken as much as it is technically performing below today's standards.

Does it affect you while playing it? Like being irritating or more like just could be better but heh...?

Didn't affect me at all in any of my playthroughs.
