My only issue with this trailer is the bit where he's holding the ship together at the end... I mean jesus that's some hulk/superman level shit.

That would require a RIDICULOUS amount of strength, Spider-Man ain't meant to be THAT phsyically strong.

Prob them just trying to top Spider-Man 2 train scene.

this is like the same movie remade for the 3rd time in likr 15 years ??

Same movie? No.

Same character? Yes.

This interpretation is skipping the origin story and introducing Iron Man as a mentor.

well but the main plot is always similar.

Hes a loser, love the cutiest girl in sql which isnt interested that much in him, he gets spiderman, she loves spiderman ....^^

Looks awful to me which is to me expected. I'm not suprised at all they are showing so much of Iron Man in the trailer.

Yeah, thinking more about it it's stupid that Iron Man is there as a mentor. The whole point of Spider-Man is that he has no mentor, and that he's supposed to figure out himself what the right thing to do is.

Go watch Batman V Superman then. =P

Spider-Man is my favorite super hero. I like the design, way he moves, it finally feels right. In terms of Peter I still don't think found right guy, but willing to give him a chance. If Spider-Man parts are fun without venturing into cringe inducing camp like older films I will be content.

I say Tom Holland fills the bill as Spidey. He's got the awkward teen hero with bug powers thing down pat!

I'll give him a chance as I enjoyed him in Civil War. Big concern is tone, want fun without camp.
