Been working on code for days. Im tired and kind of frustated getting another part of my project working, so much I cannot see how to iframe this correctly

everytime I try it I get a I fucked up the beginning beginning iframe or video tag warning.
Sorry, I had to use Kompozer for my project. I'm not sure how much different Dreamweaver is.
