Most reports we see put digital at 10 to 15% for retail games indeed. So it's probably a reasonably accurate data. Mind that a lot of people don't have great internet connections or have data caps and most games are over 30 GB.
Retail also allows you to resell the game and you get a nice boxed game. It's also easier to delete games to make room for new ones since you can just pop the older disc to reinstall it instead of downloading it again.
As retails and digital prices are basically the same, I don't see a lot of advantages in going digital only since you're losing a part of the ownership over the product.
