Nintendo is doing some sweet moves with their ads these days. Its like the ones what Samsung usually do with their products. Very modern.

Great ad, but I think it takes too much time for the super mario bros props to appear, if I didn't knew it was a nintendo ad, my attention would be lost thinking it was some kind of sports energy drink or sports clothes ad.Hope they keep it up with the Switch

I loved this commercial! It looked awesome.
That moment where there's someone running and you see Mario's shadow in the wall, running alongside him, was a brilliant touch!

I was amazed that they filmed this in so many locations. Which, as some have said, probably has costed them some money.
I think that could be because it's part of a bigger marketing plan from Nintendo.

NES Mini, mobile game and these type of commercials are about bringing back memories and help expand their power to people who have obviously stop caring about Nintendo.
All of this - even the money spent - is for people to think about Nintendo again. And guess what, there's a new console coming that will have a new Mario game (likely at launch) and a Pokémon game too.
Money well spent, if you ask me, even if the full results will only be seen in the medium term.

This is the long version, the advertisement that will be on TV will only be around 30 seconds or so (I saw it already).

I've really liked their marketing as of late, still remember the ads for the wii u *shrugs*. Looks costly though, but I bet apple were involved in som fashion.

Hope they continue making good commercials for the switch and the games there, god knows they need it.

Seems a bit...grandiose for a mobile game advertisement, but hey if it gets people interested then I'm all for it.
