"It's very interesting that they've designed the system to work well with more conventional games in terms of inputs and buttons," Yoshida said. "So I think it's good for core gamers and their marketing message focused on that."

Asked if Sony views Nintendo as a competitor in the hardware space, Yoshida replied, "I think they're going to cover a new market for themselves."

Shuhei Yoshida is a legend by now and he is the PS boss we need and deserve. He is truly passionate about gaming and even owned a few Wii U's.

Lots of people call him Shu. Which means if he ever left sony to work at Microsoft or Nintendo we could say "Looks like the Shu's on the other foot!"

Yoshi so nice like always. Switch and PS4 sounds like a good combo for console gamers. Mine is Switch, PS4, 3DS and PC because I'm greedy.
