My take:
I think that Time magazine jumped the gun a bit here given their reasoning, especially since they conveniently left out his biggest accomplishment this year: exposing the mainstream media of the USA for the sensationalist, corrupt, lying, establishment pets they are.
Hillary Clinton was the runner up, which to me is hilarious given that her biggest accomplishments this year were getting away with treason and getting owned by Trump.
Julian Assange would had been my pick for risking his life exposing the Democratic National Committee and Clinton campaign through WikiLeaks. Be honest, you are as surprised as everyone else that he is still alive because we all know whats up. While he is no the actual person that digs the info published on WikiLeaks, he is the one that dares to make it public.
