There aren't many consoles that have a battery that needs to be recharged.

But wouldnt that allow nintendo to sell a switch potentially without a docking station? and cables to hook up for the tv ect?
Maybe worth it if they can lower the price to get those that just want it as a handheld onboard at a cheaper price?
