This performance is pathetic at best and usually horrendous. The game doesn't look that good to begin with and even running around causes the framerate to drop. Sony should have ditched this team long ago and should have hired some coders which know what they are doing.

So it runs better than SotC when it came out. Plus you don't have to wait for a remaster to get smooth performance. Seems his vision wasn't big enough, should have taken until the ps5 to get 30fps out of it :)

I hope it get patch on the standard ps4. I don't plan to buy a ps4 pro anytime soon.

I honestly think 30FPS is fine for a game like this but I'm surprised to see it run in the mid 20s on PS4 and not at 1080/60 on the PS4 Pro 1080 mode. Definitely a developer issue and not a reflection of the hardware.

Though it's nice to see it's currently at 83 on Metacritic!
