Yeah, the Guardian guy talked it up as his game of the year, so it could get 5/5 there, but the guy reviewing for Polygon wasn't keen on it in preview, so it will proabably score low there.

I think there will be a lot of that like you said

Well, if it manages to keep above 80 it'll be fine, I'll get a bit sad for it if it doesn't, tho, and there a big chance for that to happen...
Not that it'll matter to me, but I want to see it getting mostly praise.

I'm a bit pessimistic, I just want it to be above a 70. I'd be pumped if it got close to 80 or even above

I've seen about 4 peoples reaction who played it, all said it was beautifull also all 4 said it was "the worst running game ever on the ps4 system" and had dated controlls. the story is supposedly quite good and the puzzels fun.

I think the reviews will be mixed because priority on the good and bad points are going to be mixed.
So I assume it will score around the 75 with some praising its unqiue artstyle and graphics and others pointing out the flaws.

I think this game would have been a great one for the "40 dollar" price tag like they did with ratchet and clank, it would proberbly score higher then

I expect very mixed (as in, highs + lows, not many middling ones) reviews, once you've been programmed to think Mcdonald's is the best thing ever you're not gonna enjoy fine cuisine.

I dont really see the point of review for this kind of game (platformers). As long as the control is smooth and the game doesnt get too repetitive, it will always get high scores.

It's not a platformer though?

"Reviewing the long-awaited successor to the two timeless classics that highly influenced dozens of famous creators, designers, and artists (including the makers of Dark Souls and TLoU) is pointless. Because it's a platformer... even though it isn't"

"much of the demo focuses on platforming"

did i miss something abt the game? or is it not a platformer just because you said it? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Please be good, I waited so long. All those years waiting on it will be for naught if this is a disappointment.
