Well I was just saying it's not a Bigger IP than Animal Crossing yet, if he meant biggest new IP launch then sure.

Either way it's not close to being Nintendo's biggest IP or New IP since Pokemon. :P

Nope, include Digital and Halo 5 is easily above Splatoon, and Halo 5 will have more sales still to come than Splatoon too.

Splatoon is available digitally too, no?

Splatoon on WiiU + Switch will easily outsell Halo, CoD too on XB1.

If WiiU would have sold 46m and kept the same tie ratio for Splatoon, it would outsell CoD on PS4 too.

Switch? That's a seperate release mate, you don't add together sales like that.

And if you think Splatoon has anywhere NEAR the Digital Ratio of Halo 5 you're having a giraffe.

The digital sales of halo are a lot higher than splatoon.

Still impressive for new IP

There was a report 3 months after Halo 5 was released that it had sold 5m. That's higher what Splatoon currently has. And it hasn't stopped selling since.
