Interesting. I wonder if war veterans going to North Dakota and joining the protesters there was the straw that broke the camel's back. Water spraying and shooting rubber bullets at army vets would've been a PR disaster.

Trying to follow as closely as possible. For some reason, it's been a legit problem with this story. In spite? of it's importance. This is good news at least. The overall peril is still overwhelming, but a small victory is still a victory.
