;) you decide what aged better

And which series is still alive and kicking today ;)

End of the day you're compaing ancient titles in 2016, implying that your title, had it existed in 2016 would be suprior to MW5, and yet there is no new GunGriffon to be found.

This still doesn't stop you from clearly favoring a Japanese title over a Wetsern one.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

I am not favoring anything other than what is appealing to my senses. Mech Warrior is alive because of misinformation and western bias, but plooking back everyone can see that Gungriffon is the better series. Just look at Digital Foundry they made a short retro documentary about Mechwarrior 2 how it pushed PC hardware to the limit but ignore Gungriffon coming out during the same time, and having better graphics on the weaker Saturn.

Ruler it's no biggie that you clearly favor and love japan over the West. I've seen how it's gone by before. You're even throwing it in now with "western bias".

No Gungriffon  is not the "better series", that's just your opinion on what you clearly like and favor. What you consider rgeat isn't a fact at all.

You're also still talking about past events that happened long ago. We're in 2016 Ruler, not the 90's.

MW is alive because fans buy into that franchise, just like the rest of Battletech. Look at Warhammer, that franchise is still alive to this very day because people buy into what they want, and as a result the franchise gets to live and propsper. The series you are clearly into has been dropped for years with no mention of it coming back in any big way.

They buy into it because this is what is more popular along english speaking countries, not necessarily better. People dont always have the freedom to choose to have a better product, because like i said more people speak english than japanese and other languages, and not everyone still has a Sega Saturn.

Mech warrior was the shit. I'm so happy.

Dunno why you're now bringing languages into this discussion. The series has a following because people are interested in the MW franchise and Battletech universe in general. Same with the tabletop games as well.

You're pushing the "people don't have choice" a bit too far, yet you're still ehavily implying that it's a solid textbook fact that your dead game is the better game, yet you couldn't be more wrong based on the fact that one franhcise is dead and the other alive in various forms.

The Sega Saturn is dead Ruler, it died a long time ago and people like to live in the present and to play current games as well as those of the past, but at the end of the day, we're getting a MW5 and Gungriffon isn't coming back any time soon.

Also the thread subject, really, really has no need for Japan vs the Western world type discussions. tossing who speaks what or who who has the "superior product" has no reason to be included. Besides the thread was about MW5 anyway, not a totally different game from years past.

Mechwarrior wasnt really alive either in fact Gungrifon came to the Xbox in 2004 while there was no mainline Mechwarrior game its only now it did so.

And what has the fact if a series is dead to do with quality? I just compared Gungriffon with Mechwarrior 2 , i just questioned how can everyone overrate this game but ignore Gungriffon? I am not going offtopic here i just pointed out that a similiar game like Gunrgriffon is more deserving to be remade.
