Conor got his boxing license and Floyd was the first one to call him out so it could possibly happen. IF it were to happen i think Conor would easily win.

I don't see much drama, pretty sure one would easily defeat the other depending entirely on whether it's boxing or mma. Mayweather may not be a knockout juggernaught but he's about as close to perfection as we've seen when it comes to his technique on defense. Meanwhile, he'd get annihilated in mma.

It's a boxing match. Conor is absolutely amazing at what he does but if he's gonna go fight in a boxing match against Floyd he'll be down as soon Floyd wants him to. It wont even be fair.

idk man if he puts in the work and uses his fighting skill and martial arts skills he could probably pick it up and at least put up a good match up.

Don't really care for boxing, but I think Mayweather would easily win. His speed and defense is on another level.

As awesome as conor is in the octagon, he can't box, especially not against elite opposition. His boxing skills may be above the ufc boxing average, but he simply can't keep up agianst a boxer on a ring. REally don´t see how you have him winning easily

Mayweather would wreck him in a straight boxing match. But it would be a big payday so ... yah I guess? 

Mayweather would absolutely trash McGregor in a boxing match. I dislike Floyd as much as the next guy but he's technically as close to flawless as the sport has seen in the past century.

Conor beats him at real fighting and Floyd almost definitely wins at boxing. There are a few factors that will make it closer than people think. Age, weight, height, reach, power all on mcgregors side. People also forget that if it happen mcgregor would only train boxing for say half a year and wouldn't be giving his time to wrestling, jujitsu, kick boxing etc so his boxing would improve big time.

But despite all that I thibk Floyd still wins it's just it would be closer than many think.
