Probably one of the Spider-Man games. It's either Spider-Man for the PS1 or Spider-Man for the PS2.

Surprised Spider-Man 2 isn't in the list, also surprised more people haven't mentioned it.

But I'd have to go with Arkham Asylum, I've not played the other Arkham games yet though, just a tiny bit of City.

You should play Arkham City. It has the amazing level design of Arkham Asylum and a very detailed open world, better atmosphere, better combat, more variety of enemies and better boss fights and also has a good story.

You should play Arkham City. It has the amazing level design of Arkham Asylum and a very detailed open world, better atmosphere, better combat, more variety of enemies and better boss fights and also has a good story.

Yeah I plan on picking it up on ps4 at some point... though I wish origins was included.

I'm almost done with Arkham Asylumn on PS4. You're right. It was way too bright. Had to turn the brightness  way down to get the ominous feeling right.

 

After i finish, I'm jumping right into Arkham City. Hopefully it captures the 7th gen mood better. Arkham Asylum was a little darker than Arkham City, imo.
