Why is that relevant? I doubt the devs care who buys their games. $60 is $60 to them. PS4pro is still a PS4.
I'll take a stab at it and guess that Sony shipped out more PS4slims than they did PS4pros which should tell you which SKU Sony expected would sell more.
At $212 of course the PS4 Slim is going to take the lead. It needs to be priced below the XBOX One Slim to outsell it in the U.S as I have said previously. No brainer really.

You can see that with the prices. Cheaper = more stock

Impossible to tell really. Xb one S came out at a time when anticipation was building for PS4Pro. So prior to the Pro launch the sales differentials would not necessarily be predictive of future patterns. It is certainly a no-brainer that PS4 having the cheapest sku would sell more. But it's not certain that Xb one having the cheapest sku will cause Xb one to be the higher selling console. It would depend on the price difference I think.
