I don't care. D/P weren't remarkable games to be honest.

For those who missed the originals like moi, I can't put down a remake of D/P as a negative.

Side note: If you don't care then why did you comment?

If the Star rumor is true, I hope Gamegreak releases the D/P remakes for the 3DS in late 2018, then the Platinum remake for the Switch in early 2019.

Interesting that had not occured to me, by then if the stars rumour is true I'd assume that all others would come out for the Switch.

2018-2019, Switch only. I'd hate to see D/P/Pl remakes as restrained as Sun/Moon are on the 3DS.

This.

D/P/P are my favourite Pokemon games so I really want their remakes to be on the new gen of consoles :) (Switch)

2017 - Stars, just to have a Pokemon game on the Switch.
2018 - Nothing
2019 - Gen VIII
2020 - Diamond and Pearl remakes.

All of them on Switch.

Diamond and Pearl were very forgettable and generic games.

Hope not. Not the most exciting of regions.

You really didn't miss much. The biggest change in the game was back in Gen III and then with Fairy type and megas in Gen VI. What I actually meant is I think it would be better to slow down on the remakes and third versions if they're not absolutely necessary.

Fair enough.
