What browser are you using. You can go in and explicitly delete the gc_threadorder and gc_threadsort cookies and it should fix it

I'm using Firefox for Vgchartz. But I'm more used to Chrome, and I know how to do that there at least.
I'll look into how to do that on Firefox. But in the meantime, I wanna see if there's another way to solve it, and if it's a known issue, or if it's just me.

Yeah it looks like a bug.  gc_threadorder is always set to 'asc' no matter if you click the button to make it descending

Also....just noticed that our hashed passwords are being saved in a cooke.  Thats....interesting.

Its a known issue, I did the same thing years ago.

Just clear cache and cookies and you should be good.

It's an annoying issue that still hasn't been fixed D:

You have to delete your cookies

Yep this bug has existed since the start of this version of VGC. I reported it years ago. Clear your cookies is easiest.

More like worrying, no? At worst, it could mean that the site handles authentication using hashes instead of passwords.

Thank you for this topic. I clicked by mistake on "posts" a few weeks ago and since then it sorted the topic by the total number of posts on my mobile. Good to know it is easy to fix.
