Well, of the two things I bought (a new graphics card and my brother's X-mas present), I needed both of them.

The graphics card because the one I have is failing and it also no longer meets the min req for new games. Thanks to the sale, I managed to get a better card than the one I would have gotten without it.

As for my brother's present, I would have bought it anyway and, while I didn't save any money from the purchase because it wasn't on sale, it had a 30% cashback deal that means I'll be able to purchase a 20 € Steam card for almost nothing for the next Steam Winter sale.

Only things I got were some online deals. There was an awesome $200 wireless headset capable of mimicking surround sound for only $99, and then two games on steam were about 50% off.

The English language was not prepared for the 21st century.

Nah, there aren't any Target where I live. I did go to Best Buy for these ones. I was planning to pick a few more, but I decided against it.

All in all I spent about 35 euros.. Oh I also got some skins for Heroes Of The Storm. :P
