All the indie 2D side scrollers on PS3 and beyond. Now I even wonder why I wasted time and bandwidth to download them. Indeed they stay far away from my PS4.
I guess Mafia 2. It was many years in making and I like all fans of the original could not wait and had no doubts it would be at least very good, but when it finally came out 8 years after the original it turned out to be a complete bust - no real story, forgettable characters, run of the mill cover shooter, busy work missions. Later we learned that all those years it was going through development hell with changes of engine and dev teams, but the irony is that from technical standpoint it was actually flawless.
Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.
Ive been dissapointed many times. I don't know which the biggest dissapointment was, but its between these games:

Oh man, I love Fable II :(
Now Fable III is a train wreck.
Xenoblade X. Story, charecters, combat, world, variety, music, voice acting, side quests - everything is so much worse compared to the predecessor. It is still a good game though, but it could have been so much better.
I have a few, but these three are the most disappointing of all:
- Resident Evil 6 - never even finished the first chapter of the first story
- No Man's Sky - I thought it will entertain me for months to come, got bored of it in a week
- Assassin's Creed 3 - A huge letdown after the excellent Ezio trilogy. This game made me quit playing AC altogether

He forgave me and we married again and had another kid, then the game glitched and made my character invisible on his screen... ofc I said this was the result of his neglect and devorced him again. lol, you definitely made the most of it!
Boss fight was infuriating.
In any event, I agree that Fable 1 is the best :)
