I got my pro on launch day. My PS4 i had to wait about 4-5 months. The reviews are correct. It's hardly worth the money for what it gives and it's not a consumer friendly practice. Only reason i got one was because the retailer had to make a temporary trade in campaign that gave a whopping 150€ for my near launch OG ps4. Wouldn't have gotten it otherwise.

Which reviews,

I only hear good things about  the pro especially  when you dont already  have a ps4.

 

For 400its an amazing  deal and future  games will benefit  even more from it.

I'm not sure, but if that's true that's a bit odd. We had all this week continuing reports about the NES mini being under-shipped and being a scalpers dream. And it is, that's for sure. I didn't hear once about this.

Yes, there are scalpers, but I don't think the demand is too high. You can find 99+ offers for the console on amazon for about 55.000 Yen, so 10k above official retail price. It's just people trying to make a quick buck, but it obviously doesn't work out. The firsts ones are already lowering prices to 53.000 Yen.

It's like this with every console launch. But when the demand is indeed high the prices rise to insane levels and the stuff does actually sell on eBay and amazon marketplace. Both is not the case here. At least afaik.

edit: Oh, just for the record, also available with no problem whatsoever in germany. But I honestly didn't expect a rush on those things anyway. It's not a new console after all.
