Hillary's last ad (her ad basically retells you what you just heard on the news about Trump)

Trump's last ad (he literally ripped off Sanders' lines )

No wonder she lost -.-

Well to be fair that was a great add, hell it even featured black people and woman in a non discriminatory way :P

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

It's a great final ad. Clinton's ads were embarrassing in comparison and just told what every American and non-American knew about him long ago. (I don't live anywhere near America)

Wow, that last Clinton-ad was quite disgusting.

If every argument you mention in order to influence people's voting decision is pointing out why your opponent is a horrible person unfit for being elected, but do not mention a single argument in favor of yourself, then you may be successful at convincing your audience to not vote for your opponent - but you will fail at convincing the same audience to actually vote for yourself.

And surprise, surprise, that's exactly what happened: Instead of voting for Clinton, many people decided to just not vote at all.

Thinking about Bernie again, he hated open borders, says immigrants supress wages through mass immigration of cheap labor.

Can such a foe of immigrants really lead the DNC?

Immigration isn't good for wages period. Especially if you migrate to the US where you get on welfare and you have kids and your kids go to school for free and you don't pay tax, you actually cost the country more than the natives.

It's only good for the rich (to give lower salaries) and the democratic party memebers who were hoping to accelerate migrants path to citizenship so they vote for them in return. I truly believe if Hillary won this election, republicans wouldn't have been able to win in the future at all. You've seen how the winner in key states was only few points ahead and having more latinos, Muslims etc voting would ensure the dems stayed in power.

As for the DNC, they have to do what's best for the people now and take on issues that are affecting the lower/middle class or they will not win. Hillary's plan to brown america failed, so they have no choice but to fight for the lower and middle class votes. One of the ways to fight for their votes is to oppose Immigration. (the wages will go up naturally because you decrease supply -> increasing demand)

lol, Democrats are the party of the middle class (which Republicans are pro-union?), Reaganomics is where the middle class got gutted.

"Conservatives" created this monster now they want to somehow blame it on Democrats.

This is called capitalism by the way, no one wants to admit that inconvienant little truth. Capitalism by its nature always seeks to maximize profit and it always will, and the best way to maximize profit is to have slave labour (basically).

We can safely say that Trump went against the republicans with his deportation/wall buidling/banning immigrants plans. He's not really a republican and I am pretty sure the party didn't agree with him until recently when they felt like he could win. How it goes from here is a mystery.

And yes, you are right. It is the new form of slavery and the rich are the main people to benefit from it, and ofc, the new slaves because they wouldn't have got these "low" wages in their home countries. Plus, their kids get to be Americans and get free school etc

There are plenty of "slave labour" in China/Asia/Mexico that don't give two craps about coming to America.

It's just a convienant scapegoat to blame those "immigrants" than blame "globalists" -- or why don't they tell the truth and say capitalists. You think these companies give two shits about "globalism" ... lol, no. They are maximizing their profit margins and every page of their quarterly returns are consumed by Wall Street bankers looking for even a slight step backwards in any area.

That's how the system works. If you can cut labour costs, you do it. And Americans are hypocrites on this also. No one wants to pay $3000 for a TV when they can pay $1200 for it, no one gives a shit where it's made then. Patriotism sure shuts up might quick when its asked to pay more money for it. How many people on this board would lose their fucking shit if the Playstation 4 was suddenly $500?

They need to get rid of super-delegatez. This election showed the people do vote for their candidste and it was clear Bernie was the Dem candidate
