We can safely say that Trump went against the republicans with his deportation/wall buidling/banning immigrants plans. He's not really a republican and I am pretty sure they party didn't agree with him until recently when they felt like he could win. How it goes from here is a mystery.

And yes, you are right. It is the new form of slavery and the rich are the main people to benefit from it, and ofc, the new slaves because they wouldn't have got these "low" wages in their home countries. Plus, their kids get to be Americans and get free school etc

There are plenty of "slave labour" in China/Asia/Mexico that don't give two craps about coming to America.

You'd be surprised by how most people prefer to stay where they were born and grew up even if it's worse for them, and a lot of decent people want better chances in life but they are against migrating illegaly, so they try the legal harder wayIn addition, a lot of people don't know how easy it can be to migrate and force yourself into the country you are migrating to, once it becomes public knowledg, people migrate in droves, just look at Europe.

Europe is basically being invaded by ships from north Africa and migrants from Turkey (who migrated from Syria). The more Europe receives the more Africans/Syrians ask themselves "if my friends did it successfully, why don't I do it?". The number goes up everywhere. As for "Mexico to USA", from what I understand, the mexican economy got better, the US economy has got worse and most low-wages jobs are filled so there is less people looking into migrating now. Mexican women used to give birth a lot more than they do now, so that ought to help minimize the problem as well.

It's just a convienant scapegoat to blame those "immigrants" than blame "globalists" -- or why don't they tell the truth and say capitalists. You think these companies give two shits about "globalism" ... lol, no. They are maximizing their profit margins and every page of their quarterly returns are consumed by Wall Street bankers looking for even a slight step backwards in any area.

That's how the system works. If you can cut labour costs, you do it. And Americans are hypocrites on this also. No one wants to pay $3000 for a TV when they can pay $1200 for it, no one gives a shit where it's made then. Patriotism sure shuts up might quick when its asked to pay more money for it. How many people on this board would lose their fucking shit if the Playstation 4 was suddenly $500?

I don't disagree with you, a 350$ NS is not accetable, but a 299 is somehow very desirable

I don't hate immigrants. They were born in shitty countries and it's kinda unfair that they get a lot less in chances in life than people in undeveloped countries, or in countries with no oil. It's baffling how the radical islamist buffoons get more chances than most people on earth, and they choose to be jihadists....

"Senate Republicans are gearing up for an assault on one of the trademark populist achievements of the Obama administration, vowing to take on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau."

Anti-establishment you say?

What about Keith Ellison as the new head for the DNC - certainly a change in direction.

Republicans Are Coming For Your Overtime Pay

Tom Bonier, CEO of the polling firm Targetsmart, pointed out on Monday that “almost 20,000,000 Trump voters would lose time and a half overtime” under a Republican plan to reverse regulations put in place by President Barack Obama

How about the Democrats just disbanded and called it quits? I mean, nobody needs them. They are laughing stock abroad, nobody respects them and they push for the most moronic leftist ideological ideas know to man. They have nothing positive to offer, so just leave.

A1 - The same thing the Republicans would have done if they lost: wait until people grow angry that those in power really haven't done anything to improve the country or change the status quo. The cycle is never-ending.

2 - Mimic some of the things the Republicans did very well. For instance, Trump could have cut out the heart of a small child in the middle of Times Square and sacrificed it to Satan and Rudy Giuliani would have been on the morning talk-news circuit the next day telling us that the media was being unfair and biased by reporting it. Say something long enough and loud enough and the less intelligent will believe it. This is absolutely brilliant. I'd start now with what Megan Kelly said about Trump trying to influence the media and I would have everyone in the party talk about Trump buying the media.

Really, the political parties don't fight back by improving themselves, they just resort to dirtier tactics. Trump winning is the catalyst for even MORE of that. He won by being nasty and combative and I expect the Democrats to take notes.

He won for a lot more reaons then that but hey lets just put it down to hate...

Why are you getting over-sensitive about Donald Trump?  Good lord.  Here, I'll rephrase what I said so you can stop being upset--Donald Trump won while being nasty and combative, which seems to have been a factor in his favor, and I expect the Democrats to take notes.  Are you happy now that you've defended Mr. Trump's honor?  Anything else you want to nit-pick about?  I hear Hamilton has a Twitter account, maybe you can go after them instead.

It just comes down to charisma, Clinton wasn't a likeable enough candidate.

And she still beat Trump by almost 2 million votes in the popular vote.

If Trump cannot deliver everything he promised, Democrats will have a good shot at retaking traditionally blue states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin and they'll win next time.

But the candidate must have charisma and Democrats must ditch 1990s neoliberalism (as in a willingness to move to the right for the sake of compromise) for Bernie Sanders style middle-class populism.

Where am i getting over sensitive by pointing out that trump won for other reasons then what you say?.

Not my fault if all you hillary supporters are going crazy and attacking trump supporters every chance you guys get or trying to downgrade his win in any way you guys can. GO TRUMP!!! and im not even from the usa .

Hillary supporter?  What are you talking about?  Oh, you're one of those people who have to praise one and hate the other while refusing to look at either one from an objective standpoint.  Ugh.  I don't want to have anything to do with that kind of mentality, please go bother someone else who likes to play those games.

As a Japanese who lives in Japan, I have to say you are totally wrong. Most of Japanese people think Trump is a joke. We are baffled by how he lacks a basic understanding of the Japan-U.S. security alliance. This election shows that many Americans lack the understanding of how very real the consequences of American politics are for many countries.

The democratic party also needs to stop being bullies too as is the case made by Scott Adams ...

They should also learn to be more tolerant and open minded since that was what they advertised a long time for their platform otherwise someone like Donald Trump will be the one offering the moral shelter ...

Any democratic presidential candidates should also take an example in not following Clinton's sponsored ads since they're so pathetically disgusting in persuation compared to Trump ...
