Perfect, not sure if I'll give hints for all my games, though.
Since I'll probably be out this weekned, I'm going to hint my first 3 games:
50 - This is not the last numbered entry of this series, but it's the last (excluding remakes) that has been published in the West.
49 - This is the third entry of a series of strategy games, which in its 6th game change the order of the words in its title.
48 - This game features four characters: One gives its name to the game, other one can jump higher, another is the fastest and stronger of the four, and the last one can float. 25 years later, these characters would we playable in a new game.

49: Rome: Total War? Later on the Total War name was placed before the game's name instead like Total War: Rome II. 
Alright so like last year, the first couple I have in my list are those that had a lasting influence on me as a person and as a gamer. Maybe a bit boring, because you could look it up in previous year's list, but for those that don't know or don't remember, here's a hint anyway;
#50 - In this very old game, bullets (well, at least that's what the pixel is supposed to be), ricochet off of triangle-shaped objects that are either supposed to be trees, or futuristic steel pyramids. Depending on where you bought this game.
