That's cool, but I'm getting the feeling western markets don't have as much relevancy as they did in previous gens. i.e. I dont think the US is going to account for as many console sales as it did previous gens.
Plus, let's be real, even with the launch of PS VR, MS still launched the next mainline installment of their 2nd biggest flagship series, plus most people are holding out for Pro. This streak is pretty much done come November and then December, and even if PS4 Pro doesn't win in December, it's going to be a beast in sales, WW.
Sony is looking at at least 53 million PS4's sold to consumers come 2017. I dare say maybe even 54 - 55 million.
