Some people find unity and in their hatred of a common target.

She is just incredibly corrupt, which manifests itself in many ways, like lying, bribing, and cover-ups. I voted for her extremely reluctantly, but I have never been so uneasy about my vote for something before.

Playing Xenoblade 2 before I buy Xenoblade 3 (otherwise I couldn't wait to play 3).

Can they announce a new Fire Emblem? A remake of Genealogy or Tellius would suffice !

Because people are generally stupid.

There are legitimate reasons to dislike Hillary Clinton, or to be wary of her. But because some people are already predisposed to dislike her, confirmation bias kicks in, and they accept ridiculous shit.

In the end, we have a bizarre situation, where people on the right are putting forth a version of Hillary Clinton who is a mastermind that is cunning enough to manipulating the entire world through a network of shadow operatives, yet is simultaneously careless enough to not store her emails correctly.

The beauty of the alt-right's campaign, is that they've framed it as a conspiracy theory. This means that any evidence that goes against their preconceived notions are automatically suspect. Conspiracy theories are non-falsifiable positions, which allows believers to shut off the logical part of their brains, and just go with it.

You've got it bass ackwards there.  Hillary is no "mastermind", she's only the candidate of choice for the global political and social elite that will keep the gravy train running for another 4 years.  Hillary has been crowing about a "vast right wing conspiracy" against her for over 20 years now, when back in reality she's her own worst enemy and is corruption personified.

Speaking of conspiracy theories... it wasn't all that long ago that the liberal left in this country and around the globe was insisting that George W Bush, a bumbling idiot and former alcoholic, was part of a government backed plot that carried out the "false flag" known as 9/11 just so they could wage endless war in the Middle East.  "Bush did 9/11" was the "Obama is a non-citizen Muslim" of the previous decade.

There were no (that I know of) prominent people in the left who really accepted the 9/11 conspiracy theory.  They were viewed as looney tunes by pretty much everybody.

On the other hand, the nominee for the republican party has accused Hillary of being the co-founder of ISIS, claimed she was using performance enhancing drugs during the debate, maintained for years that Obama was not American despite seeing his birth certificate, claimed global warming is a Chinese hoax, claimed that a state official in Hawaii was murdered to cover Obama's birth certificate, that scalia was murdered, that Obama is a muslim, that vaccinations cause autism, that muslims were celebrating 9/11 in the streets of New Jersey, that an ISIS operative attacked him at his rally, that Hillary wants to release all violent criminals, that Oakland is as dangerous as the middle east, that Mexico is intentionally sending criminals into the US, that every media poll that favors Hillary Clinton is rigged by her campaign, that the CDC is lying about how ebola is transmitted, that Megyn Kelly is attacking him on behalf of Saudi princes,  and so on.

That's not some random person on their computer, that's the party's candidate for president.  Clearly, that is the party of conspiracy theories.

I'm not saying ilike Trump more than Hillary. They are both screwed up equally.

I voted Jill stein, but to be fair she is a dude wearing a dress

I'm going to make my post then get the hell out of here.

I think a lot of it comes from people who take all the lies and conspiracy theories from far-right publications and personalities as gospel. The Clintons have been hounded for 25 years by the Rush Limbaughs and Sean Hannitys of the world, and the Republican establishment made it their job to tarnish Hillary Clinton's reputation once it became clear she was the heir apparent.

Does Clinton have baggage? Hell yes. What politician who's been in the game for decades doesn't? She was sloppy with her private server, she's hawkish, and she's made some unsavory alliances. She's not perfect. Can someone point out a political candidate who is?

The other aspect, and I hate to say it, is that she's a she. Just as President Obama's rise to power revealed the nasty racism that simmers under the surface in America, Clinton's rise to power has revealed a lot of backward thinking about the role and responsibility of women.

Great post Vek. Can always count on you for professionalism! Totally agreed as well.

Uh, wow...it's a bit from the Daily Show, which is an American comedy show focusing on politics.

What country do you live in, if you don't mind me asking?

I'm your canadian neighbor :)

I'm stunned that it's blocked then. I guess some copyright thing on youtube maybe?

Because she got let off the hook after breaking a federal law while people who broke the exact same law went to prison or were discharged from the military. She's a felon, but the FBI said there was no malicious intent and let it slide.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse- the very minimum punishment should have been mandatory withdrawal from the election so we could have the REAL democratic candidate back. (Bernie, in case you were wondering)

To me the reasons to fear Hillary (no to hate her, but fear her victory) are:
1 - She was funded by George Soros.
2 - She wants a no-fly-zone in Syria.
3 - She called for a cyber-attack against Russia.
4 - She made dozens of billions in a fraudulent foundation.
5 - She was involved with funding and training terrorists, and declared she will continue to do it, she call it: "Arm and train moderate rebels".
6 - She wants to push foward christian persecution in America, with the so called "hate-speech agenda".
7 - She is the candidates of the Social Justice warriors, that are turning our world boring and dangerous for free thinkers.

8 - She wants to continue the policies of Obama, which I think are a disaster for America and the world.
9 - She is a globalist.

My brother, I think you nailed down her most worrying policies. Especially the crackdown on free speech and support of the SJWs, the modern leftwing's version of the SA-troups.

The totalitarian state we've moving towards is extremely scary. I don't want to live in such a world.

Despite all his personality flaws, Donald Trump winning the presidency would at least give us a chance to temporarily slow down this dangerous process, and give us freethinkers and dissidents some breathing room, before we definitely enter the next phase of the End times and towards complete darkness.
