Eat Pizza, Maybe Win an Xbox One S

Pizza Hut is giving away 1,140 consoles in all.

Pizza Hut and Microsoft today announced a partnership through which you can possibly win an Xbox One S and a custom red controller themed around the restaurant chain.

Now through December 24, you can buy the Pizza Hut Triple Treat box for a chance to win one of 1,140 consoles that the restaurant is giving away. Every purchase comes with an entry code for an Xbox One S and the red Pizza Hut controller, as well as a guaranteed $10 off code for select Xbox One games.

Pizza Hut's Triple Treat box ($20) comes with two medium one-topping pizzas, an order of breadsticks, and a huge chocolate chip cookie, as well as the aforementioned Xbox One entry code. One grand prize winner will take home the console, the controller, a 4K Samsung TV, and an audio system. One note about the cookie that's included with the box: the "Hershey's Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie," as it's called, is cut into eight slices. There are an average of 165 semi-sweet chocolate chips in ever cookie.

This isn't the first time Microsoft and Pizza Hut have teamed up. Pizza Hut released an Xbox 360 app in 2013. It was pretty popular, as people ordered $1 million worth of pizzas through the app in its first four months, according to Polygon.

For its part, Sony has partnered with Taco Bell numerous times in the past for PlayStation giveaways, the most recent of which was for PlayStation VR headsets.

Awesome looking pizza and red controler.

The controller does look nice. But you know the food in the picture never looks that good in real life.

Funny fact: here in Brazil the franchise Pizza Hut is considered premium, and it tastes reaaaaaally good.

There have been several contests for PS4 giveaways at Taco Bell over the years.

If memory serves both Taco Bell and Pizza Hut are both owned by the same mega conglomerate. In the end they win no matter which promotion does better.

Already tried contests like this at Taco Bell for the PSVR, I never win anything but a need to go running for an hour. I'd rather just buy an Xbox without the food :)
