I hope this live-action GitS movie turns out well. I may go see it just for the hell of it to see if it respects the source material and at least tries to be a proper GitS movie.

I remember watching this back in the late 1990s on VHS! It's one of my wife's favorite so I'm probably picking this up on Blu-Ray for her for Christmas. More back on topic, she's also impressed with Johansson as Black Widow so she's interested in this live action adpatation.

There's a VR video that I watched in PSVR. Looked pretty trippy. It was called Ghost in the Shell but I'm not 100% sure it was related.

I have no problem with Johansson playing this role but that one shot with here looked kinda awful. I really hope the film turns out well.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Johansson looks horrendous in this. Secondly, I don't think people will go to watch this movie for her as much as they will watch it for having watched the original manga.
