I filled it, and I just want to say that in my perspective there was only 1 of them that I found soooooo Active on here. And that is a very good thing.
Like I've seen others post and stuff but only that person have really keep the convo go and end in a nice way.

Should there be a confirmation when done... just clicked submit and it just offered me an empty survey with nothing filled in without an error message.
I'd rate surveymonkey rather poorly right now.

Suggestion: could you tie the Mods' avatar pics to their usernames in upcoming surveys, maybe?

I don't get that message either when I click the link again.
I wonder how many of these are filled in where all moderators are marked as having Sony bias, at least 2 come to mind.
