Nope, not even a chance, if Infernape didn't get in in gen 4 I think there is 0% chance for the Archer to get in Smash 4 or 5 or whatever number

Nope! Also Smash doesn't have to have a rep for every Pokemon gen so there's no guarantee it'll have any from from gen7, thus I advise against expecting it as if it's a sure thing.

I never said that. Especially when there is no gen 3/5 rep (you can argue gen 2 cuz pichu really doesnt count)

 

That said im going on a gut feeling this pokemon will be another greninja. Aka Lucario gen4 and Greninja Gen6
