Because demand can't grow indefinately, lol. For the size of the country, it's already ridiculous how much they take to the Nintendo handheld systems.
Bet with PeH:
I win if Arms sells over 700 000 units worldwide by the end of 2017.
Bet with WagnerPaiva:
I win if Emmanuel Macron wins the french presidential election May 7th 2017.

They're comparing the remakes to XY. I want XY preorders compared to Sun Moon.

Because ORAS is greater than XY in pre orders they instread show Sun and Moon compared to ORAS. They should of did all 3. Hopefully some1 does it for us
I think Pokemon go effect was much stronger in europe and north america because they are not as culturally aware of pokemon as japan in the first place.
Not that pokemon isnt absolutely huge everywhere, but in europe+north america it's probably been a long time since the average citizen touched a pokemon game. Pokemon Go came in with full force and reminded all of these people of their good times with pokemons prior as well as maybe opening up the franchise to newcomers.
In japan the market is about saturated with pokemon anyways, so GO didn't have much of an effect there.
Anyways sun and moon looks to be doing fantastically. It's a shame that it's legs might be cut short by switch.
