Interesting how he calls it an "ecosystem" though. You don't usually refer to accessories that way.

I dont think your thinking outside the box here lol
They are totally going to milk this concept:
There's going to be tons of Joy Con accessories. Tons of them.
I feel that this should not be taken as good news - just raises the entry price and segmentation for games.

This was what I was thinking Nintendo was going to do when I saw the joy-cons considering Nintendo's love for peripherals. I think they essentially made an economical version of the xbox elite gampad that will allow the NS to have cheap-to-implement gimmick controls for specific games without having to force them on every single game. Maybe this is one of the reasons why 3rd parties are excited about the NS? I'd think the expanded freedom of essentially creating your own input system would be enticing for developers -- especially if specialized joy-cons are cheap to manufacture and develop.

I'm sure they'll come with wrist straps.
Can't wait to buy a Power Pad, Power Glove, and Virtual Boy headgear add ons. Just need 3 add ons and it will be VR ready.
Hardware add ons..? huh. You don't usually refer to accessorys like that. This could cover anything from scd to tons and tons of joycons.
