Nobunaga’s Ambition series coming to Switch

Strategy game series set for new Nintendo platform.

Koei Tecmo games will bring its Nobunaga’s Ambition series to Nintendo Switch, general producer Kou Shibusawa announced during a “Historical Simulation Game Day” live stream today.  

Further details were not announced.

The latest entry in the series, Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence – Ascension, launched this week in North America and Europe for PlayStation 4 and PC.

Does anyone outside Japan care about this series?

I actually do, but honestly I would have wanted another pokemon ambition game. 

Yeah, Ive actually heard people talk about that game.

First time I played this series was on the NES, so that feels right.

That's makes two of us.  The game belonged to my dormroom director back in the day.  Good times.

Nice to be getting some trickles from third parties as Nintendo keeps their lips sealed.

I suppose the small fish can announce if they like. Nintendo ran out of NDA i guess.

If they release it as a launch title, it could sell very well, specially at the beginningwhen there aren't that many games around.
