nowhere near enough. Even if you factor in that most of those games will be rendered at 540p and will have garbage textures, it will still eat through 128GB in no time.

A single cart could hold upto 10x PS4 games @ 50GB/game.

At least 3rd parties won't have to worry about multi-disc games and horrendous install times.

That would make sense for piracy protection but I'm pretty certain they can be read/write if Nintendo chooses.

Cart size can be changed if a game requires it. If 36 is standard now, then 128 isnt out of the question.

PS4 still uses blurah, no? That's only 50 a disk.
