Forums - Nintendo Discussion - What console was your first Kirby game on?

Kirby 64, but it was my friend's copy so I wasn't able to play it that much.

Triple Deluxe, so 3DS. I didn't follow as much Nintendo stuff when I was a kid that I do now, not helped by the fact that my first Nintendo home console was the GameCube, the one Nintendo system without a Kirby platformer.

When I was a kid, my GameBoy systems were for Pokemon, Mario & Luigi, Zelda, and little else.

As for the DS and Wii, I can't really tell ya why I never gave the Kirbys on those a try considering that my tastes have expanded by that point.

I followed Triple Deluxe's marketing, saw its positive reviews, decided to give it a shot, and converted after that.

Kirby's Adventure on NES. Cause I'm old. Even got the 3D-ified version on 3DS, it's insanely fun all over again.

"You should be banned. Youre clearly flaming the president and even his brother who you know nothing about. Dont be such a partisan hack"

Kirbys dream land was my first I played, sometime in the late 90s on the gameboy color, my dad gave me all his gameboy games.

The Gameboy, with Kirby's Dreamland. Since than iv played every Kirby apart from the WiiU ones (dont own one)
Kirby has to be one of my favorite 2D platformers going around. The last 2 on 3DS, Triple Star and Robobot are amazing and incredibly underated. Cant wait for a Switch game.

That I can remember, Crystal Shards was the first I played.

GBA with Amazing Mirror.

NES. I had never played Kirby before, but Kay-Bee Toys had Kirby's Adventure on clearance for $15 in 1995. I was aware of the game so I decided to go ahead and pick it up. I was glad I did.

Squeak Squad on DS.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

It was either Kirby's Dream Land on the GB or Kirby Super Star. One of those 2. Though Super Star is definitely the better of the 2 I 1st played. Also, Dream Land is even on that game XD
