Terror from the deep was something I played forever.

Time for Take-two to go back to the drawing board.
Make the next Xcom more like the old ones.
Keep a small budget, keep graphics down to a minimum, and just focus on story/gameplay.
Get as retro as possible.

They should have released it day and date, or given the console release a marketing budget. I only realised it was out on consoles today when I saw the Vgc article about it selling like crap.

Who cares. The two games sold several million copies on PC.

But if they released the original on PS+ the month of release everyone would be too busy playing that to justify paying £40 on the second one....

But I'll pick up XCOM2 on ps4 eventually...

Agree with John. Even though I usually wait for price drops these days, I gotta get this one asap. It might disappear otherwise. :(

love the xcom games but will wait for the price drop on PSN,not paying £45

because i live on a moor and have no game shops near me,on the few occasions i venture into the bright lights,i'll pick up something physical for £20 got divinity:original sin last time,if xcom 2 is going cheap i'll grab it or tomb raider or sherlock holmes:devils daughter,lol

It's definitely a shame but this genre is much more suited towards the PC than it is consoles, and it doesn't help that many people interested in the game are likely the hardcore who have both decent pcs and consoles, and had been able to play the game for months before its console release. I'm hopeful that the ps4 edition will be on sale for Black Friday, as I'm still very eager to play the game. 

We can always buy it dirty cheap on psn in a few months. Paid like 2 dollars on Lego Hobbit and 12 bucks on Batman Arkhan Knight with all the DLC.
