creates stampedes at e3 and best game awards by everybody

"with no games this holiday and just pokemon Nintendo is going to lose a lot of money" prediction

reveals NES mini and Super Mario Run$$$$$$$$$$(and a partnership with apple)

"with Neo and Scorpio, NX is going to be irrelevant and it's too late because Nintendo didn't show the console at e3" (talking about the announcement, not sales) prediction

the mainstream public doesn't give a fuck about the neo or scorpio and Nintendo Switch blows the minds of  gamers, mainstream and casual public

just some of those popular predictions...

To be honest, I thought that this was going to be a thread criticizing Nintendo based on the thread title.

Wasn't the PS4 pro already sold out on Amazon Japan and Amazon Germany? Besides it isn't set in stone the NS will be a succes outside of Japan either.

But predicting leads to controversial threads which leads to points...

I dislike prediction threads in general.

nah, just  a Nintendo is "being unpredictable thread"

Its also the #1 best sold console for some weeks almost everywhere I check in europe and its the highest listed on the amazon threath here, the Neo is deffenitely a success.

And from the people I spoke who own a xbox, from my gears of war and forza playtime on pc :), everyone I asked was tremendously supportive of the Scorpio.

So yes both of the high-end mid-term upgrades seem very populair, I will also buy a Scorpio next year to play all the games I missed by just owning a Ps4 :)

OT: People want to share their opinions, like your opinion that people should stop predicting things, it wont happen, people want to share whats on their minds and not everyone thinks the same things

the ps pro is going to be a very hot toy for gamers and is going to sell well, I'm talking about the general public like cousins moms and gamers overall. The announcement was not that impactful.

Not only just predicting, but some people always act like their opinions are fact. If someone doen't like a Nintendo console, "Oh man this is shit, so because I feel that way then obviously everyone else must feel that way" and shit like that.

It's always fun when people underestimate Nintendo though. It leads to things like the examples you mentioned and people being so surprised when they should have seen it coming, it's Nintendo. 

Yup, its very hard to predict Nintendo.
