Gone gold means finished. Whatever the game is now will be what appears on the retail disc on release. Whether there will be a day one patch remains to be seen.

Well I cancelled my pre order, I pre ordered it on the ps3 many years ago xD I will wait for some reviews if it sounds like fun I will deff pick it up

If i remember correctly, yes they're completely done making the game. They're now in the phase of just putting it on disc and prepping it to get it shipped to stores.
