I'm guess much like this gen of consoles the launch titles we mainly be ports or new or old titles. So new games are out of the question. But I'm guessing Nintendo would have something new in the works during the launch window.

I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo ported most of the Wii U's library since the NS is essentially a reverse Wii U -- the power is in the gamepad instead of the dock/console.
