Forums - Sony Discussion - GT5P sold out at TESCO of my town

just to let u all know i live in Swansea, Wales and today i went grocering at the local main TESCO. I saw a "THIS WEEK TOP 10 PS3 GAMES" notice. The 1st place is the sega Viking game, which there are plenty of copies left on the shelf. The 2nd is GT5P which is completely sold out.

I wonder why a sold out game is number 2, lol

I love Tesco, I shop exclusively there (apart from videogames). Well done on shopping at Tesco. You made a very good decision.

Good old Tesco... I'll be seeing it again soon. They have some great food there! O_o I find it weird that they sell games there... Seems out of place. :P

Not just games but tv's, VCR's, dvd players, computers/laptops, computer peripherals, stationary, clothes, set-top boxes, laptops, just about everything really.

Yeah I know but it seems weird to me. XP

I find it weird other supermarkets don't follow suit. Tesco is hugely successor mainly for diversifying, ASDA and Walmart too. I reckon my local Tes (my pet name for my tesco) could be considered a hypermarket. I do love Tesco.

I want to hear more anecdotes and observations from people on how GT5:P is selling in their territory.

I have yet to "interrogate" my loval Video game dealing shops.
