Forums - Politics Discussion - Do you really want CNN telling you who to vote for?

I think censorship is bad but so is the influence that television can have on people. I believe the news are getting out of hand at this point. They are all opinion based and they influence millions of people and that needs to stop. News should just report facts and nothing else and that's how they should be censored because their biases can affect society and you know they only do it for the money, not because they want to do what's "best for society."

Yet here you are. Many threads and posts trying to tell people who to vote for.

A bit hypocritical wouldn't you say?

I much rather listen to CNN than Drudge, Breitbart, or Infowars.

I listen to all of them. The truth usually lies somewhere in between. Except that guy from infowars with the husky voice. I'm not convinced he's mentally stable. Paul Joseph Watson is good though.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

how about you not let ANY news station or media section boss you around and just stay informed.

you don't need CNN to tell you not to vote for an egotistical billionaire. Trump can relate to like 0.0001% of the population and truly believes that further cutting taxes on gigantic corporations and the wealthy will HELP the country- how absurd. The rich-poor gap is already the most extreme its practically ever been in this country in the last couple hundred years.

Hilary might be a bit of schrill and totally controlled by the elites anyway but at least you know she's not going to do some lunatic thing to further hew own wealth or lose her cool with consequences that could result in war- the same can't be said about Trump.

The fact that he could literally lose his head and insult some other huge country and create a war from a temper tantrum is enough to not vote for him. and, again, as fake as Hilary is she at least PRETENDS to have heavy interest in the lower and middle classes in the country- Trump is a businessman and will always be after his own success before the overall economy's.

its just common sense, you don't elect a self obsessed billionaire to make decisions for the average man

Yes please, thinking is hard, and if someone else can do it for me that's awesome.

poor lady is dumb. but whether its CNN,MSNBC,FOX, its best not to listen to any of them really

There's a reason why trust in MSM has fallen to an alltime low according to Gallup, whether it is among Republicans, Democrats, or Independents.
