I doubt it. If the rumors are correct and they are training for marketing already it means they are still planning on releasing the console in the next several months.

Or it could delay a few months. 

Just dance 4 came on on the 360, Wii and PS3 in the beginning of October. But then the Wii U verison  came out on November when the console released. 

 

Edit: Lol nvm! I thought JD2017 was coming out in the beginning of 2017. Its already delayed. But yeah. If the NX comes out in the holiday of 2017, JD 2018 would be out by then.

It is not uncommon for games to get cancelled. Look at the E3 2011 Wii U launch lineup.

So marketers wouldn't also need the info on NX in case of preorder questions by interested consumers?... This training isn't solely useful for a machine that is only out. It can be useful for an upcoming machine too.

I don't know anymore, I mean, why not? If they don't reveal the NX during november, or at least state when they're actually going hold a reveal event, then yes.

Let's hope they show the thing soon.

That's kind of where I'm at on it. Not only have they not revealed it (which, whatever), but they haven't even announced when they will. Pretty strange for a console that's floating around 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 months till it's supposedly on shelves.

Zelda BOTW, Pikmin 4, who knows. There could be a handful of games that come out.

You are totaly out of reality if you think that Nintendo will launch their biggest and one of most hyped/wanted game ever first on platform that is already dead for quite time now and that soon will be discounted (not to mentione next year). They saving Zelda BotW for NX launch, there is zero chance that they will release it on Wii U before NX launch.

If they needed to delay NX, Zelda would release first on Wii U

if Nintendo can pick up the hardware a little bit, I would be glad to see a delay.
