Can you name some examples of it happening? I can see announcing it on NX in like 6+ months after NX is a hit, but two days?

Honestly, I don't remember exact examples.  I just remember that around the launch of the PS4 and XBone, there was a game that was announced to be on one, but then shortly after had a confirmation that it existed on both.

Who mentioned anything about red dead redemption 3? This is about red dead 3. Of which "red dead redemption" is number 2. Thus the sequel would be number 3.
