Seriously, guys, this is probably the best thing I played this gen (It was Ori and the Blind Forest before). I had lots, lots, lots of fun chasing green stars, playing and unlocking different levels... Also this game looks HUGE, since... Well, spoilers.

And, this game has a lot of surprises along the way to the end... At some points, I found myself just saying "Whoa" to the screen.

The graphics, the soundtrack... Just perfect. There's no other word I can use to describe it. To be honest, It's just my opinion, but... This may be the best Mario game I ever played. I had some kind of fun that I haven't had in a long time with video-games.

very underrated. It seems like people dislike 3D Land/World because it isn't Galaxy 3 or Sunshine 2. Sure, they are completely different, but I would take these games over another NSMB any day of the week. Not to say NSMB is bad, but the three-dimensional worlds provide much more for each level. I don't think I've found any levels that have been bland when it comes to design

100% agreed highly underrated game prob the best mario game ever made if you ask me.

It was indeed a very nice game, and very good looking. Mario Galaxy was much better though.

I heavily enjoyed the Mario Galaxy games and played all of 3D Land, and while I enjoyed it, I didn't have as much fun as the Galaxy games. This game ... I played until world 8 but lost interest, then after a few months my nieces scratched the disc somehow and I haven't bothered to replace it. I don't know why, but I just don't like this style of Mario game as much. It's still well-made and looks/sounds great though.

Same. Maybe because it lacks the epicness/scale/sense of adventure of previous 3D Marios?

OT: No, you're not crazy. It's an excellent game, I'd say one of the best this gen.

I really liked how I beat the game and was like, oh cool! Another world. And then I beat that world and was like, another world?! And another after that one too?! o:

Want to get Champion's Road, but getting all the stars and golden flags will take a long time -.-

Playing with my wife an little boy a few years back I. Found this game to be amazing. We loved it. Got my wife into playing atleast games like DKTF and Rayman Legends with me. Sadly no more games off that ilk has come out so me and my Mrs haven't gamed together in ages
