Bioshock Infinite has the best jump-scare in a non-horror game that I can think of. If you've played it, you know which part I'm talking about.



Would it be okay to mention either of the Luigi's Mansion games? Yes you're navigating creepy old houses, and you have to catch ghosts, but it just feels so lighthearted and welcoming. Wikipedia hasn't even categorized it as a horror game.
