December 31st 2016. That's when they will do the NX Direct. Then Iwata is not a liar, and Nintendo keeps his word.

Well, it will be hard to not share anything during the investor's meeting. A Digital Event would be a great way to satisfy investors.

Problem is that the longer it takes for them reveal NX the closer we get to the 2 months (November and December) that give the usual spike in sales and headlines after headlines, people might just hold back on purchasing either 3DS or Wii U, or both really.

If i had to pick i'd rather have it this coming week.

But Iwata is not here anymore, they have a new chairman now isn't ? 

But it is said that Iwata annouced that NX would be revealed in 2016. And may others have said that when talking of the NX internally, workers say For Iwata.

 

So why would the Exec's of Nintedo want to turn Iwata's statement into a lie. They won't want to. So they will want to keep his word and release details this year.

Iwata actualy said "we were talk more about NX next year" and Kimishima said "we will talki about NX at later date"
