First time i saw the DS i wondered how could you play using the stylus, the buttons and holding the thing without having three arms...

I thought it was pretty cool and weird the way it has a touch screen and 2 screens, doesn't seem so weird now.

I thought the exact same thing at first. Then I played Kirby Canvas Curse..........and I fell in love with it.

i thought it would phail badly but i guess i have been proved otherwise. I stand corrected.

the thing i hated about the ds was that it was so easily scratchable

they improved that w. the lite but that leaves me out >.< 

the first time i saw the DS was at E3. Both Nintendo and Sony showed their handhelds at and compared to the psp it was terrible, and i knew it was going to fail. i just didn't see how touchscreen would work whem playing games.

I honestly wasn't so excited about the DS originally. I didn't too many "must-have" games.

The DS Lite put me over the edge though, and then I knew what I had been missing.

I thought psp was going to kill DS for good, too.
I guess you can't tell how good it is until you have your grubby hands over it.

I think looks funny and is a new experience in games.

I thought it was pretty original, and thought it would be a success. I was right!!!

(BTW, don't let stupid people tell you things, one person tried to convince me that the DS showed things on one screen to distract you from the game! Stupid Idiot... and he was 4 years older then me!)
