Well I never thought I'd say it but my parents and I are going to buy my little sister a DS. So can you guys recommend some good games for a 10 year old girl.

Preferably not NEW games because I think they cost to much.

Your title threw me off. I cannot recommend any games for a 10yr old girl other than the usual shovelware aimed at 10yr old girls. If she likes dogs you could get Nintendogs I suppose, thats a good game, perhaps try Animal Crossing.
